John & Jenni Casalaz live in Mt Eliza, Victoria. Located on the Mornington Peninsula, a beautiful, picturesque bay side suburb, they have been proud Dane owners for over 22 years. Their first Dane Savvik was a rescue Dane. After her death at 14 1/2 years they wanted to purchase Harlequins with pure Harlequin backgrounds as a foundation to what was to be the start of their Kennel, Danedreamer Great Danes.
Jenni has been breeding dogs since the age of 23 - starting with Jack Russell's, then moving to Greyhounds. During this time, Jenni gained a wealth of knowledge on animal husbandry and pedigrees, having trained, bred and owned some very successful Greyhounds, so she is not a newcomer to the breeding scene or producing quality pups.
John and Jenni are dedicated to breeding quality and will not compromise on their standards. Every litter born has the betterment of the Great Dane breed foremost. Danedreamer Great Danes policy is quality, not quantity. Although well bred, Danedreamer Great Danes guarantee their puppies if, in the unfortunate circumstance a breed defect becomes apparent. Danedreamer Great Danes careful breeding selection has produced outstanding temperaments quality dogs.
Danedreamer Great Danes do not breed for commercial purposes, but for the satisfaction of breeding a quality Dane that any owner can be proud of. All Danedreamer puppies are micro chipped and will only sell to loving homes where the pup will be a part of a family-loved atmosphere and spoilt. John and Jenni are loved by Tina, their 8 1/2 year old Harlequin Grandmother, Chad their 2 1/2 year old Harlequin boy and last but not least, Maddison their Mantle girl, who is the first Great Dane in Australia to be registered as a Mantle!
Jenni is on the Committee of the Victorian Great Dane Club and is heavily involved with Great Dane rescue.
